Aerobics - How Fast?

How hard should a person exercise? In the case of aerobics (whether treadmill, running, etc.) it is recommended to follow these two guidelines: 1 - Never do aerobics harder than the level at which you can still breathe comfortably and carry on a conversation. AND 2- Try to do aerobics so that your heart rate remains in a range that is 50% to 75% of your maximum heart rate.
